Einstein`s Bagels in Surprise

Service was pleasant and fast but the cheese on my egg sandwich wasn't melted. So fast isn't always great. Haven't been to an Einstein that I didn't like.

This location is tops! Clean resturant; friendly, hard working staff.Send someone to 79th and Bell location and show them how it's done.

Initially, when I ordered, I wasn't notified that the French toast bagels were sold out. The cashier wasn't aware of the fact until he was notified by the other staff. The cashier promptly notified me and offered a cinnamon sugar bagel. I accepted. My order was out two minutes later and tasted better than the original. Thank you for the accommodating and efficient service.

Service was great, bagel very good, but the chorizo unfortunately was flavorless.

We have made it our weekly tradition to grab a few bagels and drinks from Einstein Brothers most Saturday mornings. The staff is friendly and courteous. I like that they always make sure that I don't miss any discount or rewards that I have available. The bagels are always soft and fresh, the schmears are delicious and we especially love their hot coffee and frozen coolers!! Today was an added bonus of free doggy bagels so we brought one home for our dog.

Management has changed .....interpersonal skills are non existent Store is always dirty and shows lack of careAlways out of product Their $2.09 iced tea is 12 ounces or less and refills are discouraged or discontinued.For the price of a warmed bagel with cream cheese I can go next door and buy a dozen and a tub of cream cheeseSo as a title....New Management The price went up but the problems are all still here.Hungry.... find somewhere else

We have always enjoyed the food and service. Menu has a nice selection to chose from. Can take some time to get your food, but worth the wait for freshly made delicious food bought to your table with a smile. Dog friendly food and patio.

Their bagels and cream cheeses are so delicious! Coffee is good and they also have good sandwiches. The reward program is free, I suggest signing up for it. Save points for different items. They are not skimpy on the cream cheese either.

We love Einstein Bagels! We go here almost every weekend. The workers are very nice and getting to know us by name. They keep the coffee fresh (which is my favorite kind!! Caribou) They have a great selection of bagels and very fresh. Thank you! Can't wait to see you this weekend.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Food is great but staff is extremely rude. Went there today and went through the drive thru.. the girl their literally just threw the bag at us and shut the door. Didn’t say anything to us.. we just sat there shocked until she opened the door to see why we were still sitting there. My husband is way nicer than me. He asked if that was our full order and she just said “yeah” and shut the door again. I’ve worked in many restaurants in my life and know that you shouldn’t treat the customer with such disregard. She like the rest of the staff needs better training. This isn’t my first bad experience with this location. There is one kid there that is really great with customer service. One out of all the ones I’ve came into contact with. Changes need made!

I travel frequently, and often visit an Einstein's wherever I am for breakfast. This is one of the best Einstein's locations; I go out of my way to visit this one when I'm nearby. Fresh and clean, the staff is efficient and friendly and I always get a positive vibe. Thanks!

Got there 50 minutes before closed and staff made us feel very unwelcome. Ordered to eat in and they brought a bag to our table and threw it down and walked away. Not what I expect for $24 for 2 people.

I feel like this place is a little overpriced but every time I have had it, its been so good. Great for roadtrips!!

This particular location is very unfriendly and cold. They are commonly sold out of flavors too. I will choose another location whenever possible. That being said, it is always clean and bagels taste just as good.

The Nova Scotia bagel is excellent.

The staff is Always so friendly, Kendrick always knows what I want on my special bagel. This kid has great customer service!

Had the Bacon cheddar cheese and egg on a garlic bagel. Was good. Next time I'll try an Asiago.

I love Einstein! My family are crazy about the cinnamon and sugar bagels! Soooo good with the plain cream cheese! They have that great chewy texture and soft inside. My husband also trie the sandwiches and love those too. The staff are friendly and helpful each time I go. Great place to pick up and take home and enjoy or eat inside. The inside is kind of dim and relaxing to start your day!

Great Service, super fast and efficient, and they combine all that with friendliness and professionalism. Our first choice for a great breakfast.

Consistently fresh and good. The Hummus Veg Out meal, minus the cheese is excellent.I do have a recommendation though. Please add more healthy options to the menu, like the Hummus Veg Out. I like the Avocado Toast, but it is very skimpy on the avocado. How about and Avocado Veg Out sandwich. :-)

I dropped by this morning to pick up a dozen bagels for a client. As always, they didn't disappoint. Great customer service! Now if only they had keto bagels. Then, and only then, could I tell you how great they taste. I'm sure they taste as great as they smell. LOL

Came in on Easter Sunday for a quick late lunch and had some bagel sandwiches and a coffee with my husband. Excellent customer service even though they were super busy and food came out fairly quick. There were quite a few tables open, but they were all dirty. I'm sure they had just finished a major lunch rush and were just getting everything back in order because about halfway through our meal, an employee came out and started wiping down the table and rearranging them also. I would have given this 5 stars except for the fact that a group of 3 elderly folks came in with a small black dog in a black stroller. It didn't bother or even seem to notice my Service Dog who was tucked the table, which was great. I have no idea if it was a legitimate Service Dog or just a pet they brought in, but when they started feeding it from the table is when I got annoyed. Please keep your pets at home and/or don't feed your service dog from the table. That's just terrible restaurant etiquette.
